Finally came. I ordered with the promise of delivery within a week. A week went by I emailed the Canada company to see where my item was. 1 more week goes by and the USA company emails me back saying they are going to get in touch with the Canada warehouse to see what's going on. 2 weeks later I get an email stating my orders on the way. Then 2 days after the USA side email me telling me that they shipped my order.... 10 days later I get my replacement parts. This whole time my daughter couldn't have her bath because this is the only one I've found that she's able to have a bath in with enough support for her seizures. Every bath I had to go in with her. Not impressed with the customer service or lack there of and their lack of communication.
