Absolutely horrendous customer service. I contacted customer service about providing a new axle and sent my model number. They allowed me to buy the incorrect axle and I waited a week before they told me they no longer make that axle. This is for my son’s wheelchair as it uses a Phil and Teds base so we cannot go out anywhere until this is solved. The lack of care of this company is just atrocious.
