How can I remove the front wheels on the promenade?
To remove the front wheels on the promenade, a paperclip or thin tool is needed to unlock the wheel from the frame. Start by locating the hole in the frame near the front wheel. This will be 2-3 centimeters (1 inch) above the wheel itself on the black plastic fork of the frame. About 2-3 millimeters in diameter, it will face toward the opposite front wheel. Position the wheel in a straight forward position by pulling the buggy backward a few inches so the wheel faces straight forward and away from the buggy. With the wheel in that position, the nib spring inside the wheel will line up with the unlocking hole. Inset a tool into the hole to depress the nib spring while pulling the frame and wheel apart from each other. This should disengage the wheel itself. Repeat the same process for the other side.
